  We ordered wings, fries, a taco pizza, and a meat lovers pizza. We paid for delivery and left a generous tip. Unfortunately, the taco pizza arrived without any of the taco toppings. I tried calling the Main Street Pizza Hut to have the issue corrected, but after spending about 15 minutes trying to reach someone, I was finally connected only to have the call disconnected. Since I couldn’t get through by phone, I drove to the store to pick up the missing toppings. After waiting for assistance, an employee handed me the toppings and simply said they were “too busy to answer the phone.” The surprising part was there were only four orders on the board at the time. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What was disappointing was the lack of customer service and the difficulty in getting the problem resolved after paying for delivery. Being able to call directly would save a lot of frustration . A more helpful response would have gone a long way.

  The staff was fantastic! Went out of their way to assist with an uncooperative app and we're courteous and professional the entire time. CODOS!!
