  I came in specifically for the buffet at the Pizza Hut on E Kansas Ave in McPherson, KS. I got a salad and had a couple pieces of pizza that were already out while I waited for a thin & crispy pepperoni to come out. The salad and the pizza I had were good, and my waitress, Susan, provided great service. After I finished and still hadn't seen a thin & crispy pepperoni, I went back up to the buffet. There were two employees standing near the end, so I asked if they could put one in. One of them went back and called for a hand-tossed pepperoni. I wasn't sure I'd heard her correctly, so I asked the other guy standing there, "Did she say hand or pan? Because that didn't sound like thin." That's when he told me, "Hand. Thin pepperoni isn't in the rotation." I asked, "Oh, you have a rotation?" He said they'd started doing that a couple weeks ago. It was during this conversation that I learned the guy I was talking to was actually the manager — Brian. That's the part I really don't understand. A thin & crispy pepperoni is a Pizza Hut staple—about as classic a Pizza Hut pizza as you can get. I wasn't asking for some unusual specialty pizza. I was asking for one of the pizzas Pizza Hut has been known for for decades, on a Pizza Hut buffet. I told Brian, "Duly noted. Then I won't be back." What really sealed it for me was his response—or lack of one. No apology, no offer to accommodate the request, no "sorry to hear that," and nothing that indicated losing a customer mattered. To be clear, Susan did a great job, and my issue isn't with her or the other employees. My issue is with a management decision that leaves a Pizza Hut staple like thin & crispy pepperoni off the buffet rotation, and with Brian, who seemed completely unconcerned when a customer told him that decision meant losing his business. Unfortunately, it did.

  One of the cleanest and nicest Pizza Huts we've been to. Employees are very kind and manager is present. Food is awesome and love the buffet on Wednesday evenings and the salad bar everyday!

  Hands down the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever visited. Staff is amazing, food is amazing, I’ve visited a few times and order accuracy is 100%. I highly recommend them!

  Went to dinner tonight, Jayden was our waitress. I feel bad for the poor girl, she was the only person doing her job. First the kitchen messed up our order. Then the kitchen staff all were standing around complaining and she had to ask them over and over again for multiple items. She asked for our wings once after the rest of our food came out, but had to ask 3 or 4 times for another tables sandwich to be made before she finally got it. Kitchen staff, do better, you suck. Jayden, keep up the great work.
