One of the managers was extremely nice, but the other employees are extremely rude and frustrating. Trying to place an order inside took about 10 minutes. It took over 5 minutes just to be noticed by the workers. The person who took our order was noticeably high. It took repeating my order of 3 items 4-5 times for him to get it. Almost all of the workers had earbuds in and were ignoring everyone. The order itself took absolute ages to actually be made, and it was extremely simple. I’m extremely disappointed by this location and it’s employees with the exception of the one very sweet manager who tried her best to help us out and make things right for us a previous time I came here. The last time I came here the food was not fresh and quite bad, and both times it was extremely messy inside. This location needs to pull it together.
Tables are always dirty. Staff doesn't care. Last time I went in, I waited 25 minutes for my food and with-in that 25 minutes, I saw at least 2 of the staff walking in and out of the front area carrying food they had made for themselves to eat... Not to mention, only one entrance/exit door is ever unlocked at a time, which I'm pretty sure is a legal requirement by the fire marshal.

This was by far the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. We spent 70 minutes sitting in the drive through, only to receive cold food when we finally got to the window. To make matters worse, half of our order was missing, and the items we did receive were made incorrectly. On top of all that, the employee we interacted with was disrespectful and unprofessional. Waiting over an hour for cold, incomplete, and incorrect food with poor customer service is completely unacceptable. I won't be returning to this location unless major improvements are made.
Absolute worst taco bell experience of my life. We pulled up and were not even greeted, sat there for 15 minutes (no exaggeration) before I finally said hello into the speaker. After that she takes our order, keeps cutting us off, has no idea what shes doing and is not listening. We get to the window and again, not exaggerating took 20 more minutes before we got our food. The cashier Hayley E was incredibly rude and threw hot sauce at us. 100% she should be fired and this establishment should be shut down or better yet fire every "employee" they have and hire an all new staff. Worst service I've experienced and terrible food. Was shocked they actually got the order right. I will NEVER go to this taco bell again.
Very slow they don’t care about the customer that are dinning in they skip over us and been here for 45 mins and all they are doing is sitting there talking to each other instead of getting motivated. And this Taco Bell smells really bad like the employees don’t how to shower
