$28 before tip to have a pizza delivered and I call almost an hour after placing the order (after being told it would be there in 30 minutes) and was told the pizza was just now in the oven and it would be another 20-30 minutes. I completely admit this is a first world problem, but come on.

I ordered a delivery of a buffalo chicken salad and cheese sticks. My Buffalo salad came with only 4 pieces of chicken, 2 being so small they could count as one. My cheese sticks had so little cheese on them I could barely tell it was there. The delivery lady was kind, thats the only good part of my experience today. Thats truly unfortunate

Waited over an hour for 2 large pizzas because they ran out of ingredients. Watched it happen to multiple other people as I waited

Very disappointing experience. I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut multiple times, and almost every time there are delays and poor communication from the staff. They say one thing and do another, which makes the experience frustrating. After several repeated issues, I would not recommend this store.
