  Panera has a great friendly group of employees. Very nice! The food is delicious and fresh. My only complaint is the sizeflation nonsense they are pulling. Charge top $$ for a 1/2 soup and 1/2 sandwich, then you get the smallest amount of soup they can get by with and what really is a 1/4 sandwich. Please stop and go back to your original sizing. I feel robbed when my plate was ready. Please fix this or we will have to stick with McAllisters from now on.

  Purchased the Tomato loaf that now cost $10 only to get one that didn’t rise properly. Dense crumb was visible and the staff that sliced the bread should have known better not to sell the product. Cutting corners by not paying a knowledgeable staff member has cost you a customer. Not going to purchase from a place that is inconsistent with quality at such high prices.

  This is usually a good location. However, twice I have ordered Diet Pepsi and received regular. I am a diabetic and this is bad. Tonight I wonder if it was on purpose because the app was in delay mode and I circumvented that by ordering via speaker instead. It was Friday March 27 at 6:16pm, a time of day I don't usually come. The girl was giggling when she handed it to me, like it was a joke, which was odd. I did not get any receipt, nor did this transaction get posted to my account; so it's like it didn't happen. Therefore I cannot complain about it formally, from what I see. That didn't help my suspicions.
