    They always refuse to toast my food and they refuse in a mean way. The workers are not nice at all and they’re rude especially the night shift. I have eaten JJ in other places and I never had a bad experience with the food and the workers besides this place in Manhattan. I even beg them to toast the food and they kept refusing. Fix the toasting issue please, your food is more delicious when it’s hot instead of being served cold. Also, they don’t change their gloves after preparing different sandwiches, i have food allergies and I had allergy symptoms couple times because of the food grease the spreads on my sandwich from previous meal preparations.
