While waiting 3 of the team members were messing around and one of them was continuously getting on their phone. Once reciving the food a hair not belonging to me or my boyfriend. Very disappointed

They won't sell you any side cups of cone dip. I asked for a side of chocolate cone dip in the drive thru. They rang me up a chocolate dipped cone. When I clarified at the window I was told, "We don't do that here." So we paid for the cone anyway and it didn't even have the trademark DQ cone swirl. The ice cream doesn't taste as good as it used to either. The green mint Oreo blizzard tasted meh. It wasn't the best DQ experience today.
