- WSWilliam Sparks5 days ago3.0Let me start that I've been to Chick-fil-A a total of 2 times. I did the drive thru this time and I was not impressed by the gut who walked up to take my order. From his tone, I felt like I was an annoyance to him, that I didn't know the menu from heart. I asked what sort of drinks they have (meaning Coke or Pepsi) and I got offered the Hibiscus Tea drink. I had to specify what regular drinks and all I got was a huff. However, the speed of the drive thru and the other staff was wonderful.

My latest experience was sitting in the drive thru line last night for an excruciating amount of time for "fast food" and then making it up to the front to find out they had run out of mac & cheese. We had ordered three of them, and they replaced them with fries...FYI, the cost of mac & cheese and french fries is not the same. Thank you, CFA, for ripping me off. I wish this was my only bad experience, but it's just the one that finally led me to leave this review. Raising Cane's has been earning more and more or my business. Their staff is so friendly and on top of things. Plus, I don’t have to stand at the front and wait five minutes for somebody to acknowledge me and give me a simple refill. 👀😬
