  I got a drink from them and there was a whole ass bee in my drink I tried calling the store but the number doesn't even go to the location it just connects you to their online representatives I don't like to assume things but generally speaking I don't do tips unless the person was especially nice but this girl said she needed to get a different device so I could pay right after I clicked no tip then came back I really don't want to assume it was on purpose but I've got this feeling that maybe it was how do you get a whole ass bee it the drink

  Great group of employees. Always ready to help with a smile and information about anything on the menu. Great place to stop for coffee!

  This was my first trip to a 7 Brew shop, and it was great. The young lady who took our order was very helpful, and more importantly, fun. I didn't know anything about the menu, and she made the ordering process very simple, and even made sure my coffee wasn't TOO hot! She played along with my dumb dad jokes and it was a great experience. We'll gladly return.

  I was getting off work (as a nurse) with a migraine, not feeling well, and on to my next activity in 90° weather. I stopped to grab my usual smoothie. When they handed me the cup, it was the energizer and not the smoothie. With newer staff, I should’ve clarified! The shift lead, Aaron, did have to come over to refund the energizer and order the smoothie. He went above and beyond with his bubbly personality by offering the energizer for free, upsizing, and declining having me step outside the line though they were incredibly busy. That is the type of customer service I was in awe of and we need. Makes me want 7brew even when I don’t need it (:

  Yesterday was the Brew Doh promotion. I want to give the Manhattan, KS crew a big round of applause. You all had your hands full and did what you could do in the extreme heat, and those long long lines, as well as handling some customers that weren’t the kindest, funny we were all in line to get a promotional item that literally states Cultivate Kindness, yet so many weren’t showing it to you, the workers. So thank you, Manhattan 7 Brew staff, for standing in the heat for hours, taking so many orders, making so many drinks, that by the way we’re delicious, all while trying to stay positive and kind. ☕️💜 if anyone could have done better your Corporate Staff/Upper Management could have taken care of you all better, prepared you better as well as the community. Again thank you to the local Manhattan team!!
