  I pulled up and there was a line. The car in front of me moved and I had enough space to get in the line but the worker was asking me to go around to a different line. Keep in mind at this point more cars had arrived and they weren’t being told to go around to the other line. This is how you lose customers.

  Coming to the Manhattan 7 Brew was my first time trying it, so I wasn’t sure how the menu worked or what the ordering process was like to get the kind of drink I wanted. Megan was very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to answer my questions and even offer suggestions as to how to modify my drink to fit my likings! She didn’t once make me feel like a bother even when the line was long! She is one of my favorite crew members to see when I show up. Even if i don’t end up in her lane, she’ll recognize me and will give a big smile and wave or even come over for a quick hello! I also love all of the sugar free options that 7 brew has for their syrups! I will keep coming back for sure.

  I came through 7 Brew during a really busy time and honestly expected the experience to feel rushed, but Camryn completely changed that. Even with a long line and a lot going on, she was still upbeat, friendly, and patient with everyone. She took the time to make conversation, made sure my order was right, and somehow kept the energy positive for both customers and coworkers the entire time. It was obvious she genuinely enjoys interacting with people and knows how to handle pressure without letting it affect her attitude. What stood out most was how she treated everyone like a regular, even if it was their first time there. You could tell customers appreciated it because people around me were smiling and engaging with her while waiting. The drinks came out quickly, everything was correct, and the whole experience felt way more personal than a typical coffee stop. Employees like Camryn are a big reason people keep coming back to 7 Brew.

  I saw a bunch of cars waiting in line at this new location and I had never tried 7 Brew before, so I figured I would give it a shot. Man oh Man when I did, I was amazed by the great service from Alex. He truly made my experience a 10/10. If you ever go to 7Brew look out for this guy he is truly amazing and should be running this company, with the heart, grit, and passion he shows when he is on the clock.

  Tha blondie was really good. Something about it seems distinct from that really “full” flavor you get from Starbucks. It’s different but everything is there, plus it’s cheaper. Even though this has been the only thing I’ve tried so far, I think it’s superior to Starbucks. The service was obviously great, super friendly, so much so that I worry the employees may develop parasocial relationships with their customers. Watch out for crazies! The atmosphere (and service) are what absolutely make this place (and all other 7brews) special, because they’ve fully abandoned the chic and aesthetic of the “coffee lounge” environment, and replaced it with a “chill drive thru” sort of environment; so you can hang out there if you choose, but it doesn’t seem to be intended, like at a place like Sonic, because there’s just 1 table. The landscape is also just typical of the McCall triangle, you get to look at concrete with dying landscape inbetween. Personally I feel like it’d be really endearing to have more trees, make it feel more like a destination, but still have the bustling open road right over there. Anyway, whatever they’ve done with the atmosphere works really really well bc they’ve expanded from 0 to like 200 locations or smth in like 8 years or smth lol In any case, if anyone were to ever leave a 2 star review for this place because of some issue (probably on the city’s part?) with the painted arrows, they’re missing out on good coffee and should try again
