  I stopped by 7 Brew about 10/15 minutes before closing because I wanted an espresso drink. The employee told me they don’t make espressos that close to closing, so I left. But the next morning, I mentioned it to another employee and she told me that’s not the policy. They actually serve espresso drinks until closing. I get that rules matter, but it was frustrating to realize I might have gotten my drink if I’d been given the right info. I’m sharing this because I hope communication gets tightened up so customers get consistent info no matter who’s working.

  They are always happy to be working. You can tell the staff like each other and the drinks are fantastic

  7brew is my home away from home. My mom always jokes about how I “solely” keep business open. I love the workers here. Everyone is always so nice and so happy. I love absolutely everything. Even when the line is long, they still handle everyone with respect and kindness.

  I come to seven brew almost daily and normally I have a very welcoming and warm experience. I get a good morning. How are you doing? What are your plans for the day people actually engaged but this morning I didn’t get a good morning. I didn’t get a hello. how are you doing? I got a what’s a good phone number. What can I get you? Here’s your straws. Here’s your drinks. No have a good day. Nothing never have. I had horrible horrible customer service like that. Totally rude and I work in customer service I get it. You don’t always wanna have to talk to people, but that’s part of the job and you gotta get over it.

  These girls/guys, are always so friendly and quick to help us place our big order. Every time we get our drinks, the drinks are delicious and perfect. Today is a disgustingly hot day and they are all staying positive and working hard. They all deserve an extra tip for their work. Thank you to ALL the workers at 7Brew workers; for your hard work and delicious drinks.
