- MGMoss Gossamer3 days ago1.0genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had with Pizza Hut. they were not busy, at all. store was completely empty. still, they not only forgot our pizza which we had to come back in for but then all the other items that we got were uncut, some raw, and some burnt. also forgot the sauces we paid extra for. I try not to leave bad reviews but wow this was awful. will not be back to this location. update to add that while dishing out the pasta I found multiple hairs. attached is a picture 🤢🤢🤢

Was informed that the food was coming out of the oven. 15 mins sitting at the rail as instructed still no pizza. Kids in the back of the car getting super antsy, go in for an update and was told there’s another order ahead of ours. So not only were we misinformed in our order coming out of the oven, they hadn’t even started on it. Very unimpressed, this isn’t the first let down at this location either, but I’m a believer in second chances and trying to support Maize local businesses.
