  My son (who is disabled) went in and noone was at the counter he was with a friend so I called to see if anyone could help him. The boy who answered the phone told me everyone was in the back making food but someone should be up front and asked me if I wanted him to go find them when I said please do so thank you. He told me I was rude and he didnt get paid enough then hung up the phone. Look I have worked in costumer service my entire life. I was nowhere near rude. When you wait on people you are going to have costumers who are disabled and cant figure out the computer ordering system get over it. This was our first experience at this tacobell and I can promise you we will never be back.

  You never know what you're going to get. Sometimes my orders are made incorrectly, but sometimes not. It's 50/50. Sometimes I order ahead and still have to wait 10+ minutes after arriving because the workers are chatting and messing around. Sometimes the potatoes are burned to a crisp and super hard. Today, I redeemed my free item through the app and received the smallest bean and rice burrito I have ever seen! Picture attached for reference. I will say though, it always looks pretty clean and the workers are always nice.
