  Ordered on the app and drive through guy with a beard was irritated that I forgot to stop at the order display, that's a first for me, long day and tired, my bad. Caught some grief for it from drive thru guy in a bad way. I would expect the normal TB razzing for that from the evening shift. Slammed window on me and didn't give me a chance to apologize. I wasn't in a hurry, they never make the food until you get there anyway. Nobody else was there, but I delayed the smoke break apparently because by the time I drove around the building with my food the entire store was in the parking lot smoking. Wife was nauseous/sick the next day. I made my own dinner and threw away my TB food from the order on principle. I was not nauseous/sick the next day. Take that as you will. Will not eat there again.

  The crew here is top notch. I often come in with medium to large orders with lots of item customizations and it's never a problem for them. They are always friendly but professional and they do a great job of getting orders out in a quick & orderly manner. So glad to have this option added to our small towns list of places to grab a quick bite.

  They always treat me great! They are one of the faster Taco Bell’s around. All these people putting 1 stars act like it’s fine dining. It’s Taco Bell people

  I usually go through the drive thru and my drive thru experience is night and day to the lobby experience. The guy in the drive through around lunch time is amazingly sweet and always cheerful. Wish I knew his name. My food is always fast and fresh. I come here vs the Paola one. As for the inside experience. Dear Jesus help them. First ofd, there is a complete disconnect. You order at a kiosk and are ignored. You do not get your drink or anything while you wait and sit at your table. The lady with long red hair is sort of dizty. I asked for our drinks while we waited, but I couldn't remember what my kids ordered since it didn't give us a receipt. We got it figured out and she gave us our drinks. 5 minutes later she had remade all of our drinks but was a little fresh that she had already done it. Them it was a very long wait for our food while the line outside moved smoothly. They also messed up 2 indoor orders while we sat there. Then when I needed a receipt for tax purposes, oh boy lol. The younger teen seemed to know her stuff at least! Choose the drive thru lol.
