- DHDylan High6 days ago1.0More worried about those drive thru times. Every time I go they tell me to pull up to a parking spot and wait for my food. What's the point of taking orders and sending 10+ cars to a random parking spot? All McDonald's in topeka are horrible.

And they send out cold soggy fries most of the time. I’m local and our options are limited. Stinks this is the way our local McDonald’s operates.

- JLJamilynn LescoApr 3, 20261.0I rarely give bad reviews but this McDonald's has been consistently bad for the last 6 months. Old food, rude employees, dirty store. If you dine in you can see there's no sense of urgency with the staff. No one to help seniors who struggle with the kiosk and when in drive thru we've been asked to pull into a handicap spot when their reserved spots were full multiple times. That not only puts us at risk for a ticket but also prevents actual handicapped people from having an open spot. To busy cheating their ave times to care about customer service at all.
