When we received our drinks a couple was wrong. She had selected whip topping instead of whipping cream but was hesitant to fix it and the other mistake was not getting the flavoring added to the other drink. the reason that drove me to write this review and give this rating is the lack of customer service. We felt we was an inconvenience.
