  I have had really poor experiences with the gentleman at the drive through window with the beard. He’s very rude he doesn’t pay attention to things and he doesn’t listen to his coworkers who are trying to save him from mistakes. He makes their job a lot harder by handing out the wrong food and being very rude. There’s another guy that works there that really saved my experience and opinion of this Taco Bell and his name is Jordan. He made everything right and gave a genuine apology and explanation for the situation even though it wasn’t his fault at all. My order had been given to the car in front of me, we were both asked to pull around and wait for our orders. The rude bearded window man started to come out and approach my car with the bag but then turned around and double checked who the bag was meant for, he then proceeded to hand it to the car in front of me. I watch that car rummage through my bag and then take the food inside to complain because as I suspect he had been given the wrong order (my food). The bearded window man then takes the bag from the guy and brings it out to my car and hands it to me and I look in the bag, all of my food is tossed around and there’s spilled cheese everywhere. So I go through the drive through and let the bearded window man know this is unacceptable and I want my food remade. He then slams the window in my face and tells Jordan about the situation. Jordan has me pull around and says he’s gonna come out and talk to me and initially I was like oh boy. He was wonderful he explained that things like this had been happening all night and he wanted to make sure I knew he wasn’t the one who shook my food up. I reassured him that I knew the situation and I have had bad experiences with the bearded window man many times and no worries. But Jordan is a phenomenal employee he made the situation right and saved you guys a customer you otherwise would’ve lost. You guys need to listen to him and take into account his feedback on how his shift is running because he’s saving yalls tail by being who he is. The bearded window man is making everyone’s lives harder including the customers and he seems as though he couldn’t care less.
