If you like pan crust don’t order from this location, you have about a 15% chance of getting it. 4 of the past 5 times I have ordered they are out of pan crust and substitute it without asking if I want to change my order to something else or cancel. If I had know i would want stuffed crust instead or a different kind of pizza. Tonight they messed up my pizza in addition to giving me a different crust than I ordered so they remade it and gave me both pizza. Seems great but both pizzas were wrong - neither had chicken, one had just garlic, one had just banana peppers. Not even sure which was the messed up one. I understand a mistake here and there but lately I almost never get what I order. Last time I tried to call to check if they had the crust, someone at corporate picked up that isn’t even at the location so you can’t really check ahead either. See photos for some recent pizzas I received from this location.
Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 2liter dr.peppers, both pizzas were incorrect and they just didnt give me the sodas as they were out of dr.pepper, didnt even attempt to call to offer a different soda or change my total. When I called after delivery I was assured the mess up would be credited to my account, never happened. Contacted corporate, they told me theyd contact the store to reach out to me, never happened. I hope this company goes bankrupt

The quality of the food depends on who made it, but 90% of the time it's very good

I ordered delivery and paid through the app, expecting a normal, hassle-free experience. After waiting over an hour with no food and no updates, I finally called to see what was going on. I was told they would place a remake order, which sounded reasonable at the time.
Unfortunately, it took nearly another hour for the driver to show up. When they finally arrived, I was shocked to be told I had to pay again for the same order I had already paid for in the app. I refused, since I had proof of payment, and the driver would not give me the food.
In the end, I waited close to three hours and still never received my order. This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. They said they refunded me. We shall see.

I ordered pickup here on a Thursday evening, April 16, 2026. I arrived about 10 minutes after my suggested pick-up time. When I got to the store, there were approximately 8 people ahead of me, and I could tell everyone had been waiting a while. No one came to the front of the register to help, and the phone kept ringing with no one picking up.
I’ve had the misfortune of working in the food industry, so that wasn’t a big deal to me. I understand what it’s like to be short-staffed. After about another 10 minutes of waiting, someone came in, yelled for help, complained that their drink was open when they got it, and asked for it to be exchanged. It was exchanged. After a few more minutes, the staff completed what appeared to be a large order, but had to inform the customer they were out of cookies and couldn’t give her one. They also said they forgot her breadsticks and could make them but, they'd have to wait. The customer then pointed at breadsticks in the pizza warmer, which were for another order. The customer requested that she be given the other orders' food.
At this point, everyone who is waiting is watching to see how the employee will react to such a bizarre request, fully expecting them to tell the customer they cannot give them another person's food. Because I also ordered garlic cheese sticks, I spoke up to see if that was my order. The employee said mine was still in the oven. I could read the receipt, which said “Schneider” and had a street address of Acuff Lane, if I’m not mistaken.
The employee then told the customer that they were actually cheese sticks or garlic cheese sticks. Not standard breadsticks. The customer said, “That’s fine, I’ll take it as compensation for my wait.” The employee then gave over the other order to the entitled customer. It’s one thing to be really short-staffed. It’s another thing to be giving peoples food away.
Everyone in the store was appalled that they had just given away someones food, especially since it would be at least 20 minutes before they could cook another one, and knowing that person would be coming in soon.
After that, two people in quick succession had the employee cancel their orders due to the wait. One person told me it was their birthday and they were never coming back.
I decided to stick it out, knowing my order had moved up in priority. I got my order shortly after that and saw it was made incorrectly, but I sure wasn’t going back to get it fixed. As I was walking out, a DoorDash driver for the Schneider order walked in. I advised him to make sure he got the breadsticks. I don’t think I’ll return to this Pizza Hut. Next time I’m hitting a local place for sure.
TLDR - Pizza Hut was understaffed, ran about 20ish minutes behind schedule, and knowingly gave away other people's orders.
