  Went in for my lunchbreak while I was out of town for work. The manager on shift was extremely friendly and pleasent, as was everyone else, and the over all demeanor of everyone was happy. Definitely recommend stopping at this location!

  Jimmy John’s consistently delivers on its promise of "Freaky Fast" service without sacrificing quality. The ingredients are always crisp and fresh, and the bread has that perfect signature texture. It’s the ideal spot for a reliable, delicious lunch when you need to get back to your day quickly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great sandwich and efficient service!

  Why does it take 20 minutes to make 1 sandwich when the place is empty at 5:30pm? I am not coming back.

  Edit: If you’re in the area and have had similar struggles with this specific JJ, the one on Shawnee Mission Parkway in Shawnee provided the same amount of meat without us paying for double meat. Bought JJ today for dinner with my family. Wife got a Turkey Tom with “extra” turkey. Paid the money for it. The turkey was effectively 1 slice across the entire sandwich. There definitely wasn’t more than 1 layer of turkey so unless the normal standard is half a turkey sandwich and half a lettuce sandwich than sure- but certainly that’s not the case. We don’t recommend this specific chain to anyone because of this. It’s also happened on the club LuLu which is why we switched the order today. Go somewhere else for your sandwiches. Online order so I imagine the atmosphere is fine.
