This location changed management and staff just in the last couple weeks and it has gone downhill. I go here a couple times a week and ever since the change they are out of some of the bagels, out of coffee and the service isn’t what it used to be. Today I had to ask for a different bag for my order because there was cream cheese smeared on the outside of it. Not a good look.

Can't place and online order for pickup at 9am on a Saturday. Attempted to call the location and it hung up the phone once I was being routed to someone. How does a place like this stay in business?

What a horrible experience. I stepped up to the counter and ordered after a couple that was ahead of me - that lukewarm experience was the highlight of this visit. Shortly one of the workers stepped to the counter and announced the bagels as ready. The woman who’d been ahead of me (and we were the only people in the store) hesitated - he’d called out “sesame” along the other bagel in their order. She said, “I had an everything bagel” and his response was worthy of a what-not-to-do new employee training video, he shrugged his shoulders and replied, “then it’s an everything bagel”. Now this got my attention because I’d ordered a sesame bagel and I worried my lunch had been given to someone else. Luckily she did, indeed, have the correct bagel. She then visited the self-serve table to get napkins, noticed the dispenser was empty, and went to the counter. My order was ready at the same moment and the bagel worker tried to hand her my order! My anxiety temporarily was soothed until she asked for napkins and HE REACHED INTO THE BAG HE WAS ABOUT TO HAND ME, PULLED OUT THE NAPKINS FROM THE TOP, AND HANDED THEM TO HER! She and I were both dumbfounded. I took my bag, speechless. I’d never seen anything like that. At home I unwrapped my bagel and was instantly disappointed. My toasted bagel must have gone through the toaster machine several times. The edges were far too dark to just call it burnt and the amount of cream cheese in my shmear was pitiful. I wish that I could give this negative stars. Don’t go. Have something else, they share a parking lot with Jimmy John’s and Popeyes.

Shoddy little store. Location is HORRIBLE. They won't last a year. Scared to death to actually put a real SCHMEAR of cream cheese on the bagel. It's so light, like it's non-existent. Employees are engrossed in completing tasks
