  Last three times at this location have been such a bad experience. I don’t know if this is a training store or they just can’t keep staff but everytime I go in it’s like talking to a wall. This time I ordered for the family and after paying fully was told they didn’t have any of the bagels I ordered. Paid with credit card, tipped on credit card was refunded in cash for my sales amount but not the tipped amount. Place closes at 2pm but out of bagels and not planning on making more at 11? Manager needs to be more hands on with their training or get someone else in that can.

  For teacher appreciation we ordered a catering box of a dozen egg bagels, 100 bucks almost and they lost the order. They said they didn’t have it so had to make it right then. We had to wait a hour after what we put pick up for. The staff in the front had the audacity to say “order online next time and it will be quicker” there won’t be a next time, don’t worry. Absolutely horrendous behavior, take your catering orders somewhere else honestly

  I have really bad teeth, so going to to eat is VERY challenging. Whenever I ordered their cinnamon apple bagel specifically asking whether or not it was softer than a different type (French toast something) they gave me a genuine answer and made sure it wasn't toasted so it was SUPER soft. Great experience, will definitely be back. Also, it was less than 4 bucks!

  Went to get something today and the employee in a black hoodie was killing it! Supper kind, training with respect, and was pretty much running the show! He served with kindness and efficiency. The new employee in the red shirt was also doing his part seeing where to be helpful and cheerful! Promotions!!

  Even leaving a one star review is a generous. I wish I could get it into the negatives. 25 minutes to make a simple bagel and then I’m standing inside for 15 minutes I tell them my name and then they have my bagel sitting there for 15 minutes getting cold not saying my name not saying anything‘s ready. I had to go over a second time and ask if it was my bagel when they know my name and they see me standing there for over 15 minutes. I was probably more aware of my surroundings when I was six years old. It’s crazy that I know companies that have eight people working and they’re making millions per month the shop there’s I think eight people in there and they can’t even run a bagel store.
