Other experiences here have been better with other employees but the two at the desk mainly running it were just goofing off rather than doing their jobs. Highly unprofessional even for a donut spot.

This location has the WORST customer service ever for the early morning shift. 3 separate occasions within the last few months. After today I refuse to go back to this location. Today, I was the first in line (arrived 30 minutes prior to opening) to order and receive the cozy sweater promotional item. They acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about, told me I had to order hot or iced coffee only, and then proceeded to tell me they “couldn’t find” the sweater cozies so I would not be receiving one. I asked (nicely) if they could call a manager as they were advertised to be released today and that was the sole reason I was there. I was told the manager was sleeping and again that I would not be receiving one. I asked if they could take my name and set one aside when they did “find them” and was denied again. The woman at the window was incredibly rude and treated me as if I was an inconvenience and beneath her. *Previous incidents involve asking for light ice and receiving a drink overly filled with ice. When I asked (nicely) about it they refused to fix it; completely rude with her tone and again acted as if I were an inconvenience. A couple of weeks later I went back and asked for no ice and they filled my cup less than half full and handed it to me. I was so shocked. I asked why it was less than half full and they said because I ordered without ice. Ice would fill the cup to the top. I stated I was paying for the drink nit the ice and was told it was company policy and I didn’t have to be a customer if I didn’t like policy. They refused to fill the drink. Completely ride and demeaning. The morning shift has much to learn about kindness and customer service.
