  Honestly, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle. The employees were rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, so there really wasn’t much of an excuse for how slow and careless the service was. At one point, I asked for white rice and was told they were completely out, even though the container was visibly about HALF FULL. I genuinely don’t understand how that could be considered “empty.” Basic requests were repeatedly misunderstood, things were done incorrectly, and the overall attitude made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. Mistakes happen, but when you’re met with rude service and employees who don’t seem willing to listen or help, it leaves a pretty bad impression. I came in expecting a simple meal and decent customer service and left disappointed. Definitely not an experience that makes me want to come back.

  I order meat + rice. Then add additional meat. Nothing else. No condiments no nothing. It is a 3-pointer PLUS extra meat. I do this 3 times a week. I tell the people doing the ordering many times to ensure they do it because some employees don't understand. Then the manager has to help and I tell her as well. It only saves about $2.00 but I come here around 150 times a year. I told the cashier the price is more than it normally is for 3 pointer plus xtra meat and they just ignored me and said it was right. I pay and then look at the receipt and it is incorrect. So I ask the manager to refund the difference. She then starts to argue with me and say its not a 3pointer. I go it is because I paid extra for the extra meat and there is nothing but rice and meat. She still argues. She says she can refund me but that i have to wait for the line to go down. Just terrible customer service. Listen to your customers.

  Worst chipotle store I have been to, my home is 8 min away from here and I always have to put my order at a different store. The food was bad their service is bad.

  Made an app delivery order. After 2 drivers tried to pick up the order and never got it, Chipotle randomly cancelled my order. No details. Their garbage AI phone and chat systems will not do anything and just disconnect. Oh and apparently it will take 5-10 business days to refund my money for the order. Do not waste your time. Edit: The contact us does not work. Because it was an app order, it forces me to use the AI bot that just tells me it cannot help and disconnects. Telling me to go back and do it again accomplishes nothing if your system creates a roadblock.

  2 bad experiences in 2 days. Yesterday they gave me a small drink even though I ordered a regular and they didn’t put my food on the shelf for ten minutes it just sat there on their counter. Today, they didn’t even warm it up the cheese was not melted at all and it was cold.
