  Someone behind me ordered the same thing xtra chicken and was told the same price I asked for extra chicken I get a sprinkle ok I will never spend my money here again the whole reason I got to state Avenue location

  Joseph is great 10/10 great energy made my day a little less shitty actually had energy instead of looking like a ghost asking me if i want beans or not he gave me his true honest thoughts on the food and served me well the man NEEDS a raise i dont even work there and i want him to be my manager

  Really disappointed with the Lenexa Chipotle today. Other locations usually have friendly employees who at least smile, say hello, and acknowledge you when you walk in. Not here—not today. When we came in, the girl who was at the front simply turned around and walked away. The guy working the line continued doing other things and mostly ignored us before finally coming over. When he did, he honestly seemed bothered that we had shown up. No greeting, zero eye contact, and he practically mumbled under his breath asking what we wanted. The food station was also filthy. Couldn’t be bothered to stir the salsa even though the watery part had gathered at the top and somehow that seemed to be most of what I was getting. When I had the nerve to ask for a real scoop I got a look like I was out of my mind. The lettuce container was completely empty except for less than a handful of soggy, watery lettuce stuck to the bottom and sides. Instead of getting fresh lettuce, he scraped out what little was left, squeezed the water out, and somehow divided it between my husband’s and my meals. I don’t expect to be treated like royalty when I walk into a fast-casual restaurant. A simple hello, basic courtesy, and a clean food station are enough. But feeling like you’ve interrupted a funeral just because you walked through the door is crazy. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. We’ll be driving to the 119th (or honestly any other) location from now on. Bummer.

  Went to this location and was very disappointed in our experience. To start the entire restaurant was dirty, not a single table had been wiped down in what looked like hours. There was sour cream and rice all over the tables and floors. Secondly my dad fell due to wet floors and dropped the food and his drink. The staff was not urgently attending to clean up and I had to ask if they would wipe down a table and clean up the spill. When I asked both staff members stared at me like a deer in headlights. I understand things get busy as I work in fast food myself but this is unacceptable behavior and staff should be held to a higher standard.

  Gave me a burrito that just came apart right when I opened it. Went to get a fork to eat it that way and there was no forks. Asked the manager for one and she said use a spoon and they’re out of forks. Manager was super rude and acted like I was annoying that I couldn’t even eat my burrito because it wasn’t wrapped correctly and then didn’t even have a fork to offer. Manager said, I quote, “I’m busy right now” when I told her to look at the burrito I was given. Won’t be coming back here and the manager deserves to be a line cook.
