  Found this in my burrito 15 minutes ago went back and spoke to the rudest manager. She never apologised just took the plastic and burrito and only offered to make me a new one. When I went to check out I asked if I could get a drink and the manager proceeded to roll her eyes at the cashier like I couldn’t see her ??? New management at this location is needed. I come here almost everyday for lunch and have had multiple rude encounters with this manager.

  BEWARE!!!!! THIS place needs some serious manager/owner help!!!! Everything.Inside is nasty, they're not making the food right and making it raw skim.On\nThe product that they sell , then try to upcharge you NEXT STOPTHE HEALTH DEPARTMENT'S GONNA BE CALLED!!! I\NWORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND SO SHOULD PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE !!!!

  Went there and food was great, but there was a really rude woman at the front who was doing the bowls, who was sticking her chin up with a rude look and pointing around impatiently for us to order, kept making things harder on purpose to delay things, the other girl who we gave the money to was very nice though. Same with the guy who made our food

  I usually go in after I go to Biolife so I can refuel. Number one, the music is so loud that they can’t even hear you and they go for different ingredients without even listening to what you want. Number two, they are Pretty Stingy on the meat and I have to ask for a double chicken and then they charge me an extra $3.75 for that without notice. Turned out to be almost 20 bucks just for a burrito bowl that’s without guacamole and without their cheesy goodness. That’s how they make their money. Food is good but They don’t put enough meat on their regular stuff in my opinion. I looked at the steak today. It was super grizzly and fatty. Not a good texture to have for steak for sure.

  I’m so disappointed I’m not sure how to summarize my experience. There is one short teenage girl who works at this location and I come in quite often since I work right down the road. I’m not saying this lightly when I say she has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She stated the woman in front of me “has a sad life” so immature so unprofessional and so not okay. She yelled at me the last time I was there and told me “speak up!” and “back up!” She has no cooth. Horribly trained and severely unprofessional. It’s an embarrassment to this location and if she’s not fired I’ll be surprised. I asked the teens working at the front for a manager. There was no manager..? Is that even allowed? I then explained the situation very politely even with a smile on my face. I advised giving the hateful employee a break from the customer facing positions while she cools down. They giggled at me. Are we serious? She tossed our food to us and gave us attitude. She spoke poorly about a customer. Chipotle please get your shit together.
