  Ordered two pizzas ONLINE AND PAID…pretty simple Upon arrival The assistant manager realizes she MESSED UP and made a thin crust Pizza versus a Pan crust pizza that cost extra. (Complete opposites, but hey a mistake) She proceeds to Apologize and keeps saying I messed up. I messed up. My manager is out of town. I messed up. I can’t refund you, but you’ll get a refund when my manager gets back in town next Tuesday…Next Tuesday arrives…no call. I called back today (again) and still waiting for their manager to be in town but of course they’re still busy . Pizza Hut managers must be millionaires because they’re always on vacation… I used to recommend Pizza Hut, but never again!! I understand it’s not a big deal…I only buy 100 - 150 pizza a year from Pizza Hut so not a big impact… but I also Understand networking, and I will never recommend Pizza Hut. people from my soccer team, Boy Scouts, Church groups, and baseball are now Domino’s fans!!

  After driving 8 hours to Kansas City and getting to our hotel late we placed a order to Pizza Hut online, we ordered a pepperoni pizza and got a cheese instead, I’m not sure if it was a glitch in the system. We called Pizza Hut to let them know about the pizza, We spoke with a young lady who was apologetic and said she knows the system can some times make glitches and she will send out another pizza, she apologized again and than said I’m gonna have my supervisor finish the order and get it sent out. A very extremely rude and disrespectful night manager name David got on phone and right away started yelling saying we need to double check our orders before submitting and he was not sending out another pizza. He wouldn’t even let me explain, he interrupted me from speaking and just kept yelling, I told him the lady we just spoke with said she was going to send one. And he started yelling again saying she is new and if I want a pizza I’m going to have to pay 7.00 dollars. He made us feel like we was just trying to get free food. That was not the case! We are not here for vacation, we are here with our son who is being treated at the Children’s Hospital. As it is we have enough on our plate but to deal with such a disrespectful supervisor! Never ever again! This supervisor truly needs better training! Do better Pizza Hut!

  Came in to get lunch for my family and I today. Had such a great experience! We’re new to the area and have had some previous bad experiences with a store near our old house. Super shout out to Unique! She was so sweet, greeted me as soon as I came in and was very quick with the order. We will be back!

  We went as a walk-in pickup pizza after work for a late night, the gentleman was very helpful and the place is kept clean. Our Hawaiian Chicken stuff crust pizza, it was very good and it's not salty which we really appreciate. The location is a bit hidden away in this busy loop. I've been here during the day many times, never noticed it until last night.

  We have not had Pizza Hut for several years due to a couple last bad experiences. We tried tonight. Our order was prepared by Unique for carry out. She was friendly, helpful, and our order was perfect. The pizza was great and what I remembered from long ago. Our confidence has been restored and we will order from this location again. Thank you Unique for reminding us what we loved when we were younger!
