    Please don't try to get delivery from here. It's going to be over an hour, if it's even ever delivered.

    There was a manager working was “training” new employees and making lemonade. I was ordering from one of these new employees, who obviously, had no idea what he was doing or saying. He kept touching is mouth; which may have had crumbs from his previously eaten sandwich. Basically he was a WALKING HEATH CODE VIOLATION. The manager came up defending him because he couldn’t answer any of my straightforward questions. Her option was to kick me out, but I already paid. The whole situation happened because of lack of management. Keep in mind I’m wasting my Saturday afternoon, and someone from the ownership group should be made aware.

    they canceled my order that was placed at 8:30 PM because they said they didn’t have a driver to do the delivery. I left work to go pick up our order and order there because they still had 20 minutes before they closed at this point but the kids working already put away all of the food and said they wouldn’t make any More sandwiches because they close in 20 minutes… They sent me to another Jimmy John’s. I was not the only customer in the waiting room that was turned away.

    The staff were friendly, place is clean, too bad it was wet outside, I would have enjoyed sitting outside. Parking was a bit busy, I think they should get some reserve parking in front of their own store, but I had to go around to park, since all those customers from Red Door Grill were parking there.

    Beyond horrible- ordered at 11:16 they farmed out delivery to uber and the estimated delivery is now 12:36 so well over an hour. It’s a toasted sandwich and a gyro they are going to be disgusting by the time they get here. It’s a mile away I tried to call and pick it up instead and the number is off the hook. Ridiculous and terrible. Don’t order from this location.
