  First time at this location. Same good food. Less than ideal circumstances. We waited a wildly long time for only 3 people in front of our group. We were a group of six. It was 2pm. While it wasn’t “dirty”, the food bar they moved our bowls through was a bit of a wreck. The outdoor tables had definitely not been wiped off in a long time. None of the bowls were full and when one of us ordered the guacamole (which you pay extra for) it was the end of the bowl, which we were fine with, but it wasn’t even a half a spoon and they didn’t add more from a new bowl. Everything was just a bit sub-par. I did love how much outdoor seating they had. A lot of it shaded. Big thumbs up for that.

  I have gone to this location many times before. Last time I went I was not impressed at all. I get my usual brown rice, black beans, chicken, pico and lettuce bowl. First off, the pico had NO flavor, colorless and just bland which is NOT how it should taste. They say they throw out food and use fresh food everyday but it was a Friday so that made me more skeptical anyways. I also got a cup of Pico to go, he got out a new container of the Pico so I was hoping it would taste better since it had to of been fresh, no it still tasted very off and not right. Secondly, the brown rice was not cooked all the way some pieces being so hard it had to be uncooked rice. Very upset and will not be visiting this location again unfortunately.

  Don’t order food here at lunch time unless you expect to wait an hour. How do you place an order 30 minutes before your lunch break, show up to get it, and it’s still, according to the staff, almost 10 orders from being started. This has happened to me multiple times

  as a few others have noted we have experienced a few quality control issues at this location but we will tell you yesterday was probably one of the best chipotle meals we've had all around ever! The honey chipotle chicken is definitely a hit but the quality and portions yesterday were amazing and everyone in my family said something without being prompted so maybe they're turning a corner!

  Every single time i order from here they mess something up. They always forget items. Last time they literally put no toppings on my bowl.. just chicken and rice. This round they gave me a large cup of Coke Zero with no syrup in it… it’s pretty obvious when it’s out of syrup as it doesn’t come out with any color. It’s his laziness and I’m over it.
