  We arrived around 1:30, pressed the button, and then decided to order online due to the wait. They answered, and we thought all was well, and waited 10 minutes before pressing the button again to be told that there was a ‘system glitch’ and that it hadn’t originally popped up on their screen. They then got it out almost 5 minutes later and all they gave us for their mistake was a coupon for a $.99 Sunday for next time. We will NOT be back. This is completely unacceptable and ridiculous.

  This used to be a go-to spot. Really went down him. Like fast food in general. Why is the drive through window covered up? The rest of the glass is so dirty you can barely see through it. Dirty on the inside. I considered driving off before I paid. If the windows are that dirty, how dirty is the kitchen.

  Slow at drive through, while people are on a lunch break just to get a burger full of grease, burger box dripping grease and it’s not even a full patty it’s all broken up. Not acceptable
