  I did an online order for carry out this past Friday for cheese breadsticks. These are my favorite breadsticks because of the combo cheese and the seasoning that is sprinkled over top. I picked up my order, paid for them and checked it before leaving to find NO seasoning on top. I asked the lady at the drive-up window if she could have the cook put the seasoning on top and after consulting whoever she was talking to behind her, she informed me that there would be an extra charge for that. I told her that these breadsticks always came with seasoning on them before, and her response was, "They are charging for everything extra now." I didn't ask for "extra," I asked for the seasoning that was supposed to already be on them to be put on by the cook. I was refused unless I agreed to pay extra. I was pretty ticked and refused the ingredient that was already supposed to be on there if I had to pay an extra fee. (It DOES say online that these cheese breadsticks DO come with the seasoning on them). Today I called and spoke with the manager, Caitlyn. (I was hoping that she would make this right by maybe crediting my account for another order done the right way). She did not. She seemed in a hurry to get off the phone by telling me that she would talk to her staff to make sure that they knew how to prepare those in the future. Very short with her response. I reminded her of my name and that I had an online account to see if she would offer to make it right. She responded by saying, "Yes, I have your account pulled up."(Still behaving like she was in a hurry to be done with me). Just told me that she was sorry for my experience and that she would talk to her staff. I work in customer service myself, and if something were wrong, I would make it right! Nonone seemed to care here.

  Ordered to a local hotel- $5 delivery charge plus $8 tip for 1 pizza and 1 order of breadsticks and the delivery driver wouldn’t even bring it to my room- had to meet at the front desk. If $13 doesn’t get an order to my room- what does?

  I ordered two sets of wings with ranch online and when they got here I paid them. One the lady didn't even give me my change and two I didn't get no ranch with my wings so I called them and they wanted me to pay for ranch and for delivery again worst Pizza Hut ever
