  Tonight's experience was probably my worst bww trip ever. The only thing worse than the service was the food. There was a point we didnt see our waitress for 15 mins. I think the table by us straight up dine and dashed and I was giving it thought myself. The fact we paid damn near 100 bucks for this trip is just sad. Wasn't worth 20 bucks.

  This place has gone downhill. I’m a patient guy, but after an hour and a half with no food that I ordered for me, my wife, and my daughter, we decided to leave. Waiter wasn’t topping off drinks for multiple people around us. Noticed multiple people getting upset and complaining to the manager that they haven’t gotten food/drinks topped off just to be told the wait time for food has been about 50 minutes. Come on guys…at least bring out the appetizer I ordered if it’s going to be that long. The only thing special happening that night was the NFL draft, but still, I’ve seen busier nights with food out sooner than an hour and a half. The TV’s are also not that great (losing colors, have lines through the screen, irregular backlight for the TV). I love BWW’s, in fact worked for BWW’s in the past, but this is the third time giving this restaurant a chance and I’m done with this place. I’d rather go to the one off Strangline and 119th st in Lenexa.

  We were initially put at a dirty table and moved to another one ourselves. Service was very slow and the waiter was hard to find. We joked that he may have quit in the middle of his shift.

  We went in at around 7:40 on a Thursday. We were seated promptly in an almost empty section. Once seated, we reviewed the menu waiting for our server. We waited about 15 minutes without being greeted by a server or anyone getting us drinks. Another couple sat down around that time, and got service within about 30 seconds. We let the host know at that time we had not seen our server or been greeted. She started looking around all over the restaurant for our server. We waited about another 15 minutes without anyone following up. Finally, I did ask to speak to a manager. An assistant manager came out to our table, and was very apathetic in his way of addressing us. He offered "a discount." If we still wanted to dine. Had he truly offered better customer service and seemed to care that we waited over 30 minutes, we might have considered staying, but his lack of caring sealed the deal, and we chose to leave.
