    This place is awful. You could pull your food directly from the microwave or fryer and it will somehow still be cold. Somehow, even with a large group of employees present, there's always one waiter or waitress running around like crazy. The service is sad, the food is sad, the atmosphere is sad. During my final attempt of enjoying this place, we waited an hour for food in an empty dining area. When it arrived, we hadnt even gotten my husbands food. It had never been put in the system. The server blamed the kitchen. The kitchen blamed the server. The food we received was cold, portioned improperly and overall gross. I don't know what this place needs, but in the years it has been here, it has NEVER been good.

    Oreder my family food only I didn't get mine just got off work tock my shower and was told they could remake it and I could pick it up or give me a refund and that tacks a few day what would be nice if they would check the order

    Ordered pickup with 15% tip. Spent $80 and the food was subpar. Ordered a large wedge, half the container was missing. How I know this is, I also ordered a regular wedge and they were the same amount. Ordered 20 boneless with mild sauce (only got 15), the wings were dry and not all the way sauced (picture). Ordered 8 ranches with the order and only received 3 (I know, I should’ve checked before leaving). It’s frustrating spending that kind of money and all the product isn’t there, and what is there isn’t done correctly. The picture is what I opened the container to, I didn’t take anything out or move anything around.

    Visiting here from out of state for a couple weeks. Went here a couple of times and had an okay experience. Leaving tomorrow so we came back for an easy dining experience. Ordered the buffalo chicken tots appetizer and it came with a couple pieces of hair. One on a jalapeno that looked like cat hair. A second, long dark human hair was buried in the tots on the side. Didn't bother pulling it out since when I gave it a tug, it didn't want to come out.. Our server was the only one working at the time so she was a little backed up. When she came back about 7 minutes later, she arrived with our entrees, and you guessed it, my food was wrong. At this point, I told her to not worry about the entree and just get replacement tots. However, she was super nice and I guess saw it on my face that I was unhappy and assured me I could send the entree back. Waited for the food to come back. Somehow the replacement burger was not cold but less than lukewarm. Didn't bother saying anything, didn't really want to at that point. Then, the ketchup at the table was out. Not joking. We tried to get it to come out and no luck. Ended up just taking one from another table (the table next to us did this earlier when they got their food.. so at least we weren't alone on that one). After a few minutes of eating, the appetizer came out. We ordered it with no bleu cheese or green onions. The first time it came out correctly, albeit hairy. The second time, it had the cheese and onions. Again, didn't really feel like there was a point in saying anything since it was already removed from our bill. Towards the end of the tots, one rolled over and guess what? A tot in the bottom corner facing down had another cat hair on it (could've been a short dogs hair as well, not really sure). At that point I didn't want to eat anymore. We tipped our server as we would've normally as this wasn't her fault. But even if we were going to be here another 6 months, I wouldn't be going back there. I attached pictures of the second tots that were hairy.

    I have been here twice in person, this location, and I've loved it! I had take home for before that and it wasn't great, but that's no big deal. The sixers are supposed to have King's Hawaiian buns but they didn't seem to have them, and they had the smallest squares of cheese, and the meat had no flavor. Going in person made up for that disappointment. The food (All American Smashburger) was amazing and the Blue 💙Watermelon cocktail I had was delicious! Our server the first time was Corey I believe, and he was great! He was really funny and rolled with my jokes. The second time our server was sweet and upbeat and seemed to like her job!
