  Jayden the Brewista was very kind and helpful! Jayden was able to convert a drink I was craving into exactly what I wanted even though it wasn’t a normal menu item and walked me through how to order it!

  I go to 7 Brew pretty often. I was by myself a frequent flyer at 7 Brew across the metro. The 7 Brew is by far my favorite. The staff is always super nice and a great time every time and today when I was ordering the person taking my order had the hiccups and it was unfortunate, but it was probably one of the most hilarious things, and it was still flawless customer service

  Well managed operation! Whoever is running the show at that 7brew is doing a fantastic job! Everyone is always in a great mood and makes the experience well worth the wait! Also, my drink is a pain to make but always hits!

  7brew is a place for anybody who loves a fun drink. you don’t have to be a coffee drinker, cause they’ve got shakes, sodas, etc. and the fact we now have one in leavenworth is great. the staff is friendly, and they do a great job. i’ve never once had issues with my drink! i can’t say the same for most other places. 7brew is super popular for a reason. becuase it works well. + the incorporation of an app has made the experience even more pleasant.

  Service is zero. I won’t be spending money at any 7 brew just because it seems like the hours aren’t true because the workers will shut down the equipment before closing time anyway. Atmosphere is bad. it’s literally next to stores that get robbed constantly. The loop around drive is bad for your cars wear and tear. Not to mention the line, they seem not to be able to control every single morning letting it build up, causing confusion at the Exit/entrance. Also, the fact that I have to tip before getting a service is actually kind of crazy and to expect a tip is honestly god-awful when all you do is push a couple buttons and bang a couple things read a recipe and walk 10 feet to the vehicle. hire better people to work for this company or honestly change your hours. And don’t get me started on the app. advise your workers that the customers that shop there didn’t choose to hire them so either act like they have a job to do or find somewhere else to brew. I expect these type of workers to work at Taco Bell not a coffee shop
