  I think the people who work here are really nice. Traffic is hard because if you don't turn right it's a direct left turn into oncoming traffic. Uh... hours are also nice.

  see, the overall food was good okay. BUT I ordered an Oreo shake thingy, and beforehand I was like “you have to tell them to not put nuts in it” and my family was like “memememe it already has no nuts in it” so I was like, welp, okay. so as I’m eating my Oreo thing with NO NUTS in it, I feel a crunch and I taste the flavor of rich peanuts. I start having a crashout on my family because I’m like, bruh. You have to ask them to put no nuts in it. So I sat there, with lumps in my throat, chewing on ice to get the swelling down. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. I once had nuts in my blue raspberry slushy, which I don’t know why nuts would belong in a slushy but OKAAYYY. Overall, terrible cross contamination. If you have allergies, NEVER EAT HERE!

  This is the only Sonic location in Lawrence that I willing return to. All of their staff are super friendly, prompt and aim to get your order correct. I have been a regular to this location and have gotten to know familiar faces like Debbie, Emily, Jolicia. Each of them go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience even when I place a pickup order. This Sonic should be the blueprint for training all other locations in Lawrence.
