  rude, slow and inattentive. very long wait between pushing the button, being helped, and actually receiving the order. manager got mad at me for asking for fresh mozzarella sticks, Insisting that they were fresh. she remade them and it was obvious the first ones were not fresh but she still insisted I had no idea what I was talking about. it was around close, I think she was just tired and wanted to go home. frequently missing items and poorly blended shakes but the Frito wrap is always fresh. sometimes they have good chili dogs .

  We usually have a good experience at this location, but not today. I asked for light ice in my drink (due to cold sensitivity), and it was literally filled to the top with ice. Pretty sure I had more ice than actual liquid. My husbands shake was completely watered down. He said it was almost warm. If I wasn‘t in a rush to get home, I would‘ve stopped and said something. Wasted a gift card on this trip…

  Super fast service, friendly employees, my food and drinks always correct and the food seems hotter/more freshly made than other sonics. This sonic is my go-to.

  The burger was good. The fries are greasy and flat so I know not to order them any longer. Waited a while to order and receive. The carhop said they would bring back my change. Came back and made a big deal about her name and there was a survey on the receipt then walked away. By the way, no change was given. I've looked all over online for the Sonic feedback survey and I can't find it. So this review is my feedback. Tough luck Sonic.

  They get my order incorrect almost every time, either a burger's toppings are incorrect, or they include fewer corndogs than I ordered. Tonight my order was missing a corndog, but it's not worth driving back just to get my missing corndog.
