The manager at this Pizza Hut location was the most unprofessional, rude and aggressive manager I have ever. He yelled and cussed at my sister and made her feel very uncomfortable. Very hostile service.

Delivery order by Door Dash was incomplete and food boxes were open when handed to me. I called Pizza Hut to complain. The customer service rep was difficult to understand and while I heard him say "rebate", he processed a "remake." The pizza was cold (probably because the boxes were open and not stored in insulated delivery bags while in transport). An hour later, I received a text message that the "remake" was on its way for delivery. I called Pizza Hut to complain again and requested a credit. A different customer rep told me that it would be too difficult to process a credit and hung up on me. UPDATE: Received the "remake" order and it was the completely different from the original order. My 12-year doesn't understand why she can't have the chicken wings she asked for two hours ago. 2nd UPDATE: Third call to main Pizza Hut support...placed on hold twice and a total of 15 minutes on the line (I hope they record these for customer service training purposes). But, my daughter's wings are now on their way and the local location promised me a refund.

On September 2nd 2026, I went to order pizzas and I told the cashier that I wanted to do the 5 for $55 deal and he said he couldn’t do stuffed crust, said he didn’t have time for this, and told us to hurry up, he raised his voice and had a negative attitude! He doesn’t respect customers and should not have a job interacting with customers! Absolutely despicable!

Went through three drivers because they got tired of waiting for the order. I called to see what's going on and was told they were having issues getting drivers. When I told her I'd had three different drivers assigned at that point, she said that they were behind and I'd have to just wait. She then hung up on me.
