I'm not a regular, but this is not what I remember. 4 staff on site, more than enough to handle the traffic, except one is barely competent to tell you what is missing from the menu, one is too busy flirting with a past boss, taking his hat off repeatedly and getting God knows what into the food he's preparing, every bagel has to be hand sliced, there's barely any selection or pastries available anymore, and no one seems to care. The poor guy taking my order for a dozen bagels then gets slammed for 3 dozen by the next guy and no help for him! Took over 30 minutes to get my order when I've ordered the same thing in the past and taken 10 or less. Just wish I could find a good local shop that does bagels well.

Showed me whatever coupons I had. It would’ve been five stars had my cinnamon roll not been so stale that it was hard. However, the other pastries in my box seem to be fine. I have not tried them all, but the scone was definitely fresh.
