My stand at Bauer Farms in Lawrence truly have the best people. Everyone is so kind and bring me so much joy each time I stop by (at least once a day). Benji is one of my most favorite people. Thank you my 7Brewsters for being so genuine and amazing. They treat you as friends, not just customers. Benji remembered me telling him about my migraines and will take the time to ask how I am doing and how I am feeling. Also, I have twins daughters that come with me every time I stop by the stand and they take the time to interact and make my girls feel special too.

Always love this place, but just sat in the drive through for a few minutes (only car there) and no one came out so I left

I love 7brew, but the locations service has gone downhill quickly. I go to 7 brew in EVERY city I travel to and have amazing service and coffee. Very disappointing experience. I waited several minutes while multiple cars that arrived after me had their orders taken first. After trying several times to get an employee’s attention, I finally honked my horn. Instead of acknowledging the oversight, I was scolded at the window for honking and told to be patient. A simple apology would have gone a long way. Customer service matters, and this experience fell well short of expectations.
