  I love 7brew, but the locations service has gone downhill quickly. I go to 7 brew in EVERY city I travel to and have amazing service and coffee. Very disappointing experience. I waited several minutes while multiple cars that arrived after me had their orders taken first. After trying several times to get an employee’s attention, I finally honked my horn. Instead of acknowledging the oversight, I was scolded at the window for honking and told to be patient. A simple apology would have gone a long way. Customer service matters, and this experience fell well short of expectations.

  The majority of this stands morning crew need to be retrained in customer service. This is the third time now and has become a pattern of bad attitude. This is clearly my first interaction in the mornings, getting my coffee on the way to work, so getting horrible customer service first thing does not help me have a good morning. I also work in customer service and I would never imagine treating any customer I’ve had in the 20+ years I have been working the way that these girls have treated me. There is no greeting such as “good morning“, ”hello“, “how are you?“. It is straight to “what’s your phone number?“. Everyone wants to complain about how service members are treated, but it goes both ways.

  Updated response August 13th 2026 - After coming here multiple times the price changes frequently, total order with my wife will be $11-$13+ for the same order. We've spent over $100 here and will no longer be coming here anymore. There is no consistency with the drink, it varies wildly depending on who is making it. It's already an $8 drink and I can't afford it to not be the same every time. Sometimes it's too much milk, too much caramel, sometimes I question if there's even espresso in it. It's just a different drink each time. Previous response was a 5 star because of Vivian- and I'll leave that as such. Vivian - Thank you for being so awesome! Great customer service! I will be returning!
