  Every time I’ve come to this location the employees don’t even greet you. They stand there waiting for you to order and just awkwardly stand by the door waiting for your drink. It makes me feel incredibly awkward sitting there while this girl is visibly uncomfortable and doesn’t want to be there. It’s sad that this is the standard of customer service now.

  The workers are very friendly. The manger is very nice and accommodating to any needs. I go here everyday and it never seems to disappoint!!

  If you love fancy drinks, this is your go-to place. If its coffee adjacent, they probably make it. If you are a regular coffee guy like me, maybe maybe not. Coffee, terrible. Americano? To each their own. I won't be ordering coffee here again: requested a regular coffee, heavy cream, heavy sugar, and got something adjacent to heavy cream no sugar. 5 stars for trying though.

  I received coupons in the mail and was very excited to try this location! However, I was unfortunately very disappointed in my experience. I chose the shortest drive thru line as instructed and unfortunately waited 20 minutes behind a car. I watched as multiple cars were served in the other line and once that drive thru line was empty, I watched the workers sit around instead of coming to our line to get orders. I ended up waiting on the car in front of me to leave, and left with them without ordering anything because I was sick of waiting.
