i'm not the type of person to write reviews but today I had a bad experience at seven brew. it makes me sad to write this especially since i'm very fond of seven brew and haven't had a bad experience until now, but my thoughts and opinions need to be shared. I went to the seven brew in Lawrence on Iowa and I placed a mobile order before that I accidentally sent to the wrong location. I pull through the drive through and the worker came to my window and I hadn't known I had sent it to the wrong location yet and she's off the bat extremely passive aggressive with me and not friendly at all. I had known her because we worked together THREE YEARS AGO and she for whatever reason thought I was annoying and chose not to like me. she was very unprofessional and very snappy. when i realized I sent my order to the wrong location I had told her that and she snaps at me "no wonder its not there." I have no issues with this girl but I think in a professional setting she should treat the costumer with respect even if she doesn't like them. I had my friends in the car as well and she was very unprofessional to them as well. This just upsets me because it makes me feel as though i'm not welcomed to a place where i'm a regular costumer. i've never had issues until now and i've been coming here for the past two years.

You remember how your cheap grandma made chocolate milk with one squirt of generic chocolate sauce? That's what this tasted like! Looked NOTHING like the photo. Tasted NOTHING like what was promised. Couldn't taste anything but really poorly made chocolate milk. I asked specifically for dark chocolate and my drink was lighter than any of my friend's drinks. Didn't taste coffee or brown sugar or cinnamon. And really had to pray it was oat milk. It was horrible. Never going there again.
