  I went through the drive thru Sunday the 23rd at 9:35 in the morning and I ordered the #26 and the #8 well they charged me for the #26 but instead of the #8 they gave me the #6 and I paid for it and noticed and they fixed it then I left and looked in the bag and the food was made wrong and so I called the store and they told me I could get a free meal next time so I went in today Tuesday the 25th and my daughter and I went in the store and they were very disrespectful. All these teenage girls asked who I talked to ( it was Melany) and then brought the this other girl named Melany up who I’ve never seen and was like is this this girl you talked to and I said no it happened in the morning and then they all went to the back of the store and started talking crap about me like I couldn’t hear them. Y’all need to do better. This location isn’t even good.

  It was great! They were setting up for their 76th Anniversary! Glad we were a part of it! Also happy to have it within 5 hours from home as compared to a 15 hour drive to Texas.

  I love Whataburger…but the KCK location missed the mark today. Ordered a PU order via the app. Arrived and checked in…waited quite a while before they brought my food. Girl said she thought they added an extra order of fries for the wait. Got home…no extra fries. Shorted 1 order of fries for a meal. All of the fries we did get were maybe 75% full. I ordered 2 packets of picante; got none. Didn’t order any spicy ketchup, but got several of them. Also, no napkins provided. Finally, two of the drinks were supposed to be Diet Dr. Pepper…one is Coke Zero. Seems like some employee training and attention to detail is needed at this location.

  Came here on my way through on a road trip. The girls were awful. Didn’t catch any names but it was at 9pm on Sunday July 26th. I came through the drive through, no customer service.. gave me my food disrespectfully, then I look in the bag and had spicy ketchup which I did not order, regular ketchup which I did, and no ranch, which I ordered. So I had my boyfriend go in and ask for some ranch and they were outright rude to him. Treated him like it was burdening them that he came in and rudely asked what he needed after he watched them just stand there talking doing nothing for multiple minutes. Food is pretty bad too, but that isn’t even my complaint. If you work in service you gotta be good with people. Whatever happened to that.. will absolutely never come here again when I pass through.
