Super fast service and the nicest people! The woman who brought me my food made my day with her kindness.

this old woman had a lot to say, i’m in the food industry and it’s just crazy how these people treat u. me and my boyfriend got food and he didn’t put his card in, we don’t be going to sonic frfr. about 10 mins go by not very long and this woman asks us through the speaker if we have payed my boyfriend said “no sorry” and she came out saw he was smiling and she snapped at him talking bout “ there’s nothing to be laughing about” just completely rude bruh😭 so un needed. i asked for a manager and she was a manager and the only one on shift. i work in food and it’s never that serious. 45 year old woman yelling at me my bf who are 18 both for not putting the card in where is the hospitality?🤦🏻‍♀️ her name is karma she made sure to let me know

The workers are typically friendly and nice. Usually don't have any problems with the food. But we order online, drive to the store, check in, and still wait over 30 minutes past the time our food says it is ready in the app. Definitely doesn't qualify as "fast" food.

This is one of the best Sonic Drive-In in Kansas City, KS on Leavenworth Rd near 56th St. The food is served hot and the car hoppers are always polite.
