I orders 2 items for my breakfast. Both items were gross and crusty. Couldn't even bite off the bread and the burrito shell was crunchy. Couldn't eat any of it. I'm so done with sonic. This is not the first time it's happened.

Terrible service , workers looked dirty. They got curly hair all over the food and all condiments were sticky with I don't know what. All food sadly had to go in the trash. Very disappointed.

I showed up and I wasn’t even sure if the place was open. I pulled into the stalls the speaker was so shitty. I didn’t know what the woman told me. Apparently it’s drive-through only in a certain point. So I go to the drive-through and try to order a milkshake. They informed me that the ice cream machine is broken. I left, never to return. 0/10 experience

ordered online, took about 40 minutes for them to bring out the food(I had to call their location, once I did it took them about 5 minutes to bring the food out, so i don’t know why they couldn’t have just done that in the first place when I got there)
When I called their restaurant they said they were backed up with door dash orders, if that is true, shouldn’t they prioritize the customers who are actually there?
Food was cold, and they forgot a drink, had to go back to get the drink.
This was late at night, went to this location since they are opened late. Maybe you guys need to close early like the location in mission because it doesn’t seem like the employees want to do their job at night.(again we were waiting for about 40 minutes, and witnessed about 4 cars pushing the button, not getting answer and then driving away because nobody would help them on the intercom.) Why have your location open late if this store can’t handle it?
I am never one to complain and I am always very patient and understanding but this was actually terrible service. Seems like i’m not the only one who has had this issue.
