    What was supposed to be a quick ride up the road for an ice cream turned into the longest wait ever when I was the ONLY customer. I’ve been waiting here almost 25 mins for one singular hot fudge Sunday. There’s multiple employees standing around. Took 15 mins to get my order taken and bother 10 to get it to me. There were 3 employees standing around when I was the ONLY customer. Grown woman with glitter sparkles on her face can’t do the job she was hired to do and doesn’t understand the whole point of sonic.. SMH. Just crazy.

    This place sucks I went to the drive thru and the employee answered and I said I need a minute then when I was finally ready they never responded again so I waited for like 5 minutes then I pulled around again and a different person answered and I ordered but after i ordered I never got another response and waited like 10 minutes for someone to finally say something again I bought a RT44 watermelon peach refresher and paid 4.61 for it to be just water with a little bit of green tea mixed in there was no watermelon or peach that I could taste

    We used the drive thru around 12:30 a.m it was the only place open. However, why even open if you gonna serve people cold nasty food. We ordered two fries, a pretzel and drinks. Everything was really bad. How can you mess up french fries. They were hard, cold. I will never recommend this place. If you cant serve people decent food because staff shortage. Simply close the place and no need for extended hours.

    I have been to this location 3 times in the last year. Each of these 3 visits has not been a good experience. I love Sonic but I will not be going back to this location. I ordered on the app, arrived and was the only car in the lot. Waited 10 minutes. The carhop brings the food out, the drink cups were soaking wet. They spilled all over me when she handed them over. No napkins in the bag. You would think she would bring some out, she did not. Just walked away. Food was cold, meat was cold as if it had been made a while ago, cheese was already dried on the patties. Some would say, why didn’t you give the food back. Well, I’ve done this before and my order did not improve. My last visit I was given a hotdog that looked like it has been laying on the desert floor for 3 months. When I gave it back to the employee, he said oh yeah it looks dry. I used to come to this location in high school, used to be the best spot. Not anymore. This location needs some major help.

    This place is horrible. One car in the lot, probably the single employee's car. I waited at drive through speaker for over 5 mins with no hello. I hope the worker is alive and ok in there! Update: The speaker was not working and there was no sign stating so. I went to window and two employees were sitting in there staring at their phones. The guy came to the window, said the speaker was broken and then pointed at the girl sitting behind him as though she would take my order. She rolled up to the unfriendly, and I was concern about even ordering at this point but was only getting two Route 44 Strawberry Limeades. Hoping for the best, I ordered. It turned out the were not correct. She only got the lime part right. All of this, 15 mins later, for two drinks at just under $10.00. I called the national "support line" where their recording stated my wait would be less than 1 minute. Several minutes later, the recording stated they were having high call volume and I could either press 1 to get a call back or hold on the line for the next Representative. A few minutes later, the call hung up. This happend 2 times. I've been to a few different Sonics over the past year. They have all sucked for different reasons, never without an extended delay and crappy service. Sonic is now officially d€ad to me.
