  Worst sonics i every been to. I try to give it a chance, but that evening crew is constantly horrible. Check in at stall at 5:10, food suspose be ready at 5:15. Didn't received it until 5:27. Place wasn't even busy.

  Ordered a cherry limeade route 44 light ice strawberry shake last Thursday or Friday in the Drive-Thru . I want to take my happy sip on my cherry limeade bam hit me right in the face like a punch in the eye straight carbonated water the best carbonated water in town. The problem is I don't like carbonated water I called the manager if they can check their Sprite he tasted two and agreed come up here and tell my name and then I said that I would replace it and they'll give me a new one so I told him I didn't want to come in today I'd wait till next week he said that's fine. Set alarm 4:15 I pull up to the window and I knock on the window and seemed I come at a bad time for the lady when you feel like I violated on front door or something I explained to her the situation and she said that we do not do that I was talking to a man I explained to her and he told me that he was the manager and she's playing again to me that she's the manager so maybe I was talking to you and you sound like a male on the phone I can pull up on my phone when I called and be more pacific and she pulls the window closed when I noticed the lady that sold me the cherry limeade and the strawberry shake was standing right there I pulled the window open and told her that's the one that told me to me and she come over and said my door shut and shut the door just go and keep that shake I don't want to do business with you guys and I drove off I'll probably go to Merriam when I get a craving or mission . If you keep on treating your customers bad State avenue and you ain't going to have no store cuz you're not going to make the company no money 🤑 💰 but you just lost a good customer or maybe not maybe think I'm a bad one in my business every customer pays is a good customer.

  Ive been to many sonics but, by far, this is the worst one ive come too. I live in the area and ive never ordered from here without something missing or messed up with my order. Then when confronted to fix the order I am typically greeted with animosity. The place seems to only have one or two employees at a time and its a toss up on if you get the one thats nice and listens or the one that acts like a diva. Regardless this store is severely understaffed and the few employees they do employ is a toss up with their attitude. Hopefully sonic reps can come in and clean up the way the store is ran cuz there are limited options in the area. Tldr: bad service, slow, acts insulted if confronted about orders, usually misses parts of the order or doesn't do the food correctly (missing cheese, sauces, etc most recent was an unmixed cherry slush; like the bottom was syrup and the top half was just crushed ice.), short staffed. Etc etc.

  Came to sonic on 7/15/2026 at around 9pm. Ordered two 7 dollar bags. I asked for a tropical ice cream drink, the new drink why did I get a big cup of ICE CREAM ONLY?? Was charged for the tropical drink tho. Asked for no tomatoes or onions and received both😞 The fries were so cold they felt like sponges. Please do better!!!
