  I've been eating here since 2015 & the pizza has gotten so bad. The customer service is bad no one answers the phone anymore

  I placed an order online in the morning and scheduled it for 11:15 AM. When I arrived, I wasn’t greeted—I was simply stared down. I politely said I was there to pick up an order, and this older lady immediately went off on me because the order had apparently been sitting there for hours 1. She made the order. (when the order was placed and NOT for the scheduled time) 2. I scheduled it for 11:15 AM. I even had a screenshot showing the scheduled pickup time. I tried to show it to her, but she immediately said, “Nope, that doesn't matter. It’s not on the receipt,” as if I had any control over what was printed on their receipts. 😂 3. I asked what could be done to resolve the situation. She just stared at me with an attitude. I asked for a manager, and she said, “I AM the manager.” I then asked what the next steps were and whether she could simply remake the order since it was for a school event. She ignored me, walked away, and started talking crap about about the situation placing a blame on ME to the other worker in the back. She eventually came back and said HER manager would probably get MAD if she remade the order. Mind you, I had NOT even paid yet, and there was no one else in the store besides us. 4. I asked to speak to her manager again because clearly there is someone above her. She said NO. 5. I asked for a manager’s phone number. She said NO. At that point, I told her I would be contacting corporate to report the situation because of the way she was speaking to me and handling the issue. I even told her that I did not want to argue and would much rather speak with someone else and find a resolution. She just stared at me. This entire interaction was completely unnecessary. I was polite from the beginning and simply wanted my order that I had scheduled for a specific time for a bunch of students. Instead, I received an attitude over something that was clearly overlooked on their end. CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE over a mistake that I did not make. The way this was handled was extremely unprofessional, and there was absolutely no attempt to resolve the situation or provide any kind of reasonable customer service. Even the handoff came with a side of bitter attitude.
