I visited this location for the first time yesterday and I was very satisfied with the service. The pizza was terrific. This will be my new place to order pizza.

Ordered a thin, got hand tossed. Ordered double breadsticks and got no sauce. Who wants breadsticks without sauce????

Jordan is a breath of fresh air he automatically greeted me by my name smiled and transaction completed. Exceptional service every time… He is definitely the epitome of what the Pizza Hut crew should be! Thank you Parallel Parkway Staff for making this Friday a great start to the weekend!

Everything was great, but door washer forgot the soda that came with the game day special. Call to see about getting the soda, was placed on hold, Representative came back on the phone, asked what type of road then just hung up the line. In Future I would like the option to have my food delivered by pizza hut delivery or door dash, instead of having my things delivered by dashers. This the second time my order was messed up.

Tried twice to call in a pickup order. But the local store never picked up their phone. Got the national service instead. But because I was staying in a hotel and did not know the address was not able to order. Drove by and saw only 1 car in front, so they were not busy. Decided to go somewhere else if they were too lazy to take my order.
