  Placed an order directly with the store to have pizza delivered. They charged my card, and we waited now 2 hours. They are closed now, so there is no one answering the phone. No call, no text to inform us they were not going to deliver the pizza. I am so upset, since we have picked this location since it was 2 miles from our home and in Shawnee!!! I look now at the reviews and Shawnee has the lowest reviews? Kansas City has better reviews. I see many reviews about this location saying the same things. Why is the owner of this location allowing this to happen? Why is the store manager, not bringing this store up. I also read, that DD delivers the order, and people had to deal with them. AHHHH WRONG! I ordered with one of your store employees on the phone, you took my money, YOU are responseable for my order! I want all my money back, I am so angry, I feel on calling the corp... office to let them know what is going on at this location! I better have a call back in the morning! As far as I can see you are a thief!!!! Charged my card, and didn't give me the goods! If I went to your location and picked up my pizza and walked out without paying, you would have press charges for theft. I feel the same should apply to your store. Now I am out over $60.00 and you will have the gull to say it takes 3 to 5 days to refund it, yet you got your money within 2 seconds! You need to fix this!!!!!

  When did ya'll start using Door Dash? For less than half of what I paid this evening I could have just ate better pizza from the freezer. Just get frozen and avoid to expensive charge of being disappointed in Papa John's AGAIN. How is this place still in business?

  My pizza looks like someone just tossed some toppings on a barbecue sauce pizza and said yep this will work the people that work at night are a problem I have ordered twice now and they have both been the worst experience the pizza has a ton of bubbles the crust is burnt then when you call to talk to the manger the women that answer at night just yells at you and acts like you are bothering her I think the papa John's chain need to look at this store and judge the way that the night crew makes pizza I have picture to show how bad my pizza have been you know if I was paying little caesars price the pizza would be fine but twice now I have spent over 60 dollars to feed my family at this point I am no longer getting pizza there and will go across the street to pizza hut
