  We have been to alot of Panera Bread places over the years and normally like them as their bagels and coffees are pretty good and well priced. However this location shocked us. It wasn't ful at all because it was 9am when I asked for peanut butter on my bagel they didn't offer it, only jams and cream cheese, both I don't eat, I couldn't order my bagel. Next they didn't have decaffeinated coffee which is all my husband can drink for health reasons, again didn't have it. We ordered a very mild latte one with lots of milk, when it eventually arrived it was a strong vanilla latte with less milk. The place is modern and airy but not fantastic for service or selections.

  This Panera Bread location was a great experience overall. The standout was definitely the staff. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made a noticeable difference from the moment we walked in. Service was smooth and efficient, and the team seemed to work well together while still taking the time to be personable with customers. It created a relaxed and positive atmosphere that made the visit enjoyable. The food was exactly what you expect from Panera, fresh and consistent. But the level of customer service here really set this location apart and made it worth coming back.

  I have been to this Panera 5+ times and each time I am disappointed. The service is not great and every time my order has been incorrect. I have also ordered pick up and the order was wrong once I got home.
