  I went to this McLocation very hungry with a group of people. When I sat down to dine in as I used the app to order the food in the restaurant, as there was nobody on front counter, and some of the screens were out of service. After ordering my food and waiting around 15min, I went to the drink machine, and I found a nice pool of sodas at the bottom of the machine. I did not enjoyed looking at it, but I was curious about the flavor of the mix of every soda that I could see at the machine. The lobby was also very dirty and even after choosing to dine in the food was put in bags for pick up meanwhile others got their food taken to their tables except for us.

  The food was good. The server brought us our food, he was friendly. I like that they have seating close to the playground so parents can keep track of children.

  I would give negative 5 if possible. Not only did they forget all four of my double cheeseburgers when I tried calling them I tried 8 or more times with no answer at all!!!! Do not go here everyone should be fired!!!!

  this mcdonalds isn't very good when it comes to the food, but i would love to commend the staff for always being kind. the issues with this store are likely less because of the people, and more with the company itself making the people unable to perform adequately.

  This is by far the WORST McDonald's in KCK!!! The can't EVER get a sandwich or meal right. I would rather drive to the hood and get McDonald's than eat at this location again. I had to pull up and wait 16 minutes for my food, then it comes out and the McChicken is wrong and I'm missing a cheeseburger. I had to go inside and when I explain my food is messed up, the manager looks at me like I'm lying when I HAD the receipt showing how they screwed up my food AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! I get the "corrected" food and the MCCHICKEN IS STILLL WRONG!!! At this point all the food is cold and they wouldn't remake it. I was there 35 minutes for a FAST FOOD ORDER. Nobody would eat the food because it was cold. We wasted $40! I HATE THIS LOCATION!!!!!!! Now we're ordering pizza because this McDonald's is trash!!!!
