    I travel for work and I've been to Dutch Bros all over the country. It's sad to say, this is the first time I've been disappointed. I ordered a Cocomo this morning and it tasted like a white chocolate mocha from Starbucks. Whoever was the one that made my drink definitely needs to be re-trained on how to make coffee the Dutch Bros way. Either that, or go to Starbucks where they have no standards. I will try again when I pass through in my travels and hope that I receive that amazing Dutch Bros that I normally get at other locations around the country.

    Very slow. Made an app order. They just made a regular drink without any of my selections. This is the worst store I have been too.

    This experience was an absolute joke. This location usually does pretty well, but today’s visit was easily the worst service I’ve ever had at any Dutch Bros — and that’s saying something, considering my wife and I visit locations across Kansas City up to St. Joseph at least three times a week. We’ve been regularly ordering the Super Nova Blended Rebel, so I know exactly how these drinks should look and how much strawberry topping is supposed to be added. The employee at the window handed me two drinks with literally a couple drops of strawberry on top. When I said, “Hey man, you almost gave me some strawberry,” he responded with a dismissive “tchyeahh.” I told him he needed to add the strawberry because I get these almost daily. He then insisted, “Oh I did, it’s in the middle of the drink. Just look.” No — the drink was completely orange throughout. There was barely any strawberry at all. When I asked him again to fix it, he repeated, “I gave you strawberry, just dig in the center of the drink.” At that point I let it go and put the drinks in my cupholder. Only as I started driving off did he finally say, “I mean, I can give you some more if you like.” No thanks — you had two chances to make it right when I asked. To make matters worse, another employee in a gray shirt stood behind him the entire time, watching the interaction, and didn’t step in or offer any help. She just stared and ignored the situation completely. This is a clear leadership issue. The behavior I experienced wasn’t just poor service — it was a complete lack of awareness, accountability, and customer care. Management needs to step in, because the employee didn’t even seem to realize he was doing anything wrong.

    Love Dutch bros coffee and the staff is always good people. Just last month went to get me and my wife coffee and had a Lil over 20 dollar bill and got up to the drive through window and went to grab my wallet and had left it at home and they still gave me my order they paid for my order I will never go to another coffee place unless I just have to Dutch bros has me as a life long customer and I got respect for Dutch bros. Thank you to your company and employees 🙏 God bless

    I absolutely love this dutch location! The employees are always so sweet and welcoming. I often ask for them to “surprise” me on my drinks and they always deliver! Would 100% recommend!
