- AHAngela HornbeckMay 11, 20261.0Please stop hiring teenagers with bad attitudes. I put in an online order to pick up before going into an overnight shift at the hospital. They forgot the chicken ..the main ingredient of the bowl I ordered. I was late to work to resolve this and the front desk kid gave me a crazy attitude and reluctantly gave me a tiny scoop of chicken in side cup. I was so angry. This week I go in on my break because this location is next to the hospital. It was open til 11pm. I went at 10pm ordered food in line and it was OK and a drink. I paid for the drink and when I go to fill it up (an hour before close) the ice and all drinks have been emptied for the day. The employee says to me you should have seen the sign that says drinks are closed for today. Y’all had me pay for a drink and then didn’t have one to offer. I don’t have time to argue with kids because I’m usually just trying to get food quickly for work. I think this was my final straw with this horrible location. Management needs to do better when hiring.

This was May 2nd right around 4 o’clock. The cashier was a young females, and was giving out dirty looks to every customer infront of me aswell. Truly disappointing.

This isn’t just a one time thing either. It happens all the time. When I have time I normally go to the Shawnee locations. They are great. Hopefully corporate looks into this location.
