  The kid giving out meat did a half scoop for order and when asked to make it a double he did another half scoop I’m very disappointed in this location

  This place always has amazing staff, every time I go in, no matter how hectic or in a rush they seem to be, they never mistreat others and just have amazing customer service. Food is amazing, from the rice having the lemon flavor, to the chicken always being grilled to perfection, and the guacamole, everything is always amazing.

  If you have a ciliac or gluten allergy stay away from this franchise. All others we go to are typically great. This one had no clue what to do with a patron with ciliac. Didn't know protocol or even what ciliac was. So, all theat know..... STAY AWAY. again chipotle is usually great with it and our go to when we travel with my son. Disappointing, but they just need some training and knowledge base. Hope this helps. Dont want people to get sick.

  Its 11:00 a.m. and yall already cant serve your customers? Can't accept cash? Ive seen half the line walk out to go to a different chipotle and then the line filled up again. They announce a wait for something and people that arent gonna wait another 15 minutes also then leave. Idk what's up with this location. Like the staff just isn't ready to work for and take care of the customer needs. No matter if its open, shift change, or closing. I hate that this one is the closest to my house. I should have to think maybe if I drive an extra 10 minutes I wouldn't be in line for 30 minutes waiting for everything.

  We were highly disappointed in the service this evening. We started to order our food and were quickly met with no stocked/prepared food during dinner time. No Barbacoa, no steak, little amount of chicken, no sour cream, no prepped guacamole (it was simply sliced avocado). Then the portions. When asking the staff for “extra” or “a little bit” of certain ingredients they do not seem to have food control. Did way more than asked or a tiny amount of what was asked. Also, no sense of urgency, preparation, or communication between staff on grill and on the line. Just blank stares. Strange awkward laughter, all in front of a long line of waiting customers. Another note, while waiting on meat to be prepped for our order they messed up who’s food was who’s and what order they had been placed. They mixed our food order with another couples order and didn’t seem to try or care to check who’s was which order. Just guessing and more moving around. Continued to take orders with no meat and other ingredients being put out for customers. This staff needs some serious retraining and new management. Lastly we planned to dine in with our food but after the unsettling situation we just paid and wanted to leave. Many others we spoke to or passed by were also angry and saying they had no interest in returning to this particular location. This is not the Chipotle brand we are used to and we’re seriously let down by the employees and experience we received.
