The staff's engagement appears to be lacking, a situation I can somewhat comprehend given that this location is likely the busiest in Kansas City. The parking lot's design is notably inefficient, and the customer demographic can occasionally contribute to a less than ideal atmosphere. Relocating this establishment to an area with a more functional parking facility and increased surrounding space would be highly beneficial. Should this location aim for improvement, it could significantly benefit from adopting practices observed at the Shawnee Mission Parkway location. Furthermore, the quality of the food has recently declined, with my last two chicken bowls containing an unacceptable quantity of fat and gristle.
