  0 stars , workers suck and are slow drive though is a tight turn, got stuck in it for 10 min cause they were cash only and couldn’t back up, asked them to have the car pull up and they said they don’t have spots reserved for that. ( only two cars there me and the person in front of me)

  Saw an employee itching themselves with gloves and and failed to change their gloves which is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable if I didn’t like taco bell so much I would never eat here again

  This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a fast food chain. Firsty, they forgot my nachos fries. Secondly, both of the straws they gave us where broken and unusable. How does one remember to put the nacho cheese for said nachos fries in the bag, yet forget the fries they are for? I understand fast food can get busy, but making sure you hand out food properly should be a top priority, busy or not. Thirdly, all of the our tacos looked like they took a handful of grease and smothered it on there before slamming them into the bag. Additionally, the burrito I received looked like it got thrown into the deepest depths of hell and fished back out. How do you burn a burrito that badly? Not to mention, after waiting in the drive-thru line for what seemed to be ages, I would at least expect food to be made to a certain standard and bagged correctly. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do better.

  Gonna be honest here and say that this taco bell is better than the one closer to walmart here in junction city but they have a bad habit of messing up orders. The food always comes out great but if you want everything that you ordered you usually have to come back in in which the manager there doesn't typically enjoy. The employees are great but the manager there seems to be very overbearing and constantly yelling at them. I used to work fast food and would confidently say if I worked there id be miserable. Outside of that though the food comes out great just not very fast and not always there either.

  Went through the drive thru. I was nice and pleasant and the person at the speaker was as well. But as soon as I pulled up and noticed my skin color. She immediately became rude, I was paying with tap and she acted like she couldn’t stretch her arm to grab my phone. Ofc she was white. Unfortunately this happens often in jc.
