  I’m pregnant and haven’t eaten sonic in years… was craving the nostalgia so placed a pickup order. It wasn’t ready when I arrived - no biggie. But let me tell you everything tasted so plain/bland . Some of the burgers are supposed to have a “tangy” sauce. There was no tang whatsoever so ever. I also got the classic sonic burger and that also had no flavor… I remember sonic burgers having a very distinct taste of bold and punchy onions, pickles and other toppings. The veggies tasted almost non existent.. not sure what happened but I wont be coming back. Very disappointed. The only positive was the slushie which did taste as good as I remembered.

  90% of the time your order is wrong. Not sure who’s managing this joint but the employees need some training.

  Ordered a chili cheese coney with no hotdog. Got a chili cheese is hotdog and very little chili and cheese. My daughter got mozzarella sticks didnt get sauces. I didnt eat it. Will not be doing this again.

  So annoyed I chose to start my morning with Sonic. I usually have a decent experience but today was just annoying. Ordered some food and a drink, to which the drink came out sour.. not sure why coffee is sour but it being expired is all I could possibly think of. As it was getting remade, I went to eat my food and there was hair on my French toast stick. When Grace came back with the drink remake I showed her the hair and she instantly looked annoyed and I apologized for having to send her back in but she took my bag and said it was fine as if it were truly my fault that my experience is going wrong. Only to top it off that the carhop who brought my remade food she literally said nothing handed me the bag and immediately walked off. At no point in time did I make a fuss about the mess ups, I definitely could have because it wasn’t busy at all. But this was just absolutely annoying how the manager and carhop ultimately made me feel like it was something I should have been sorry for. I’m not sure about the next person but I didnt pay for my coffee to be sour or my French toast sticks to have hair.
