I went and got one of there new refreshers and I asked for light ice and my drink was only 75% full she says it’s because I asked for light ice which makes no sense at all no matter how much Ice someone ask for they should get for what they are paying for and that was not the case I am highly upset and the drink doesn’t even taste nor look the same as it usually does when one gets this drink this is highly unprofessional

Manager was very rude. We have had two encounters with him the first time we told him we got the wrong thing while we were at the window of the drive through and he made us get out to bring our receipt inside instead of just taking it at the window and had a big attitude. The second time we explained we had three meals and we only had two fries and showed him the receipt and would not give us our third fry unless we drove back around the drive through he is very petty and very unprofessional. If you don’t like your job find a different one don’t take it out on others.

I appreciate the professionalism shown in reviewing the situation and taking appropriate action in line with company policy. I feel heard, and I am grateful the matter was addressed and resolved.

#2 Update: I was contacted by McDonald’s management and informed that an internal investigation is underway and that the matter is being handled according to company policy.
I appreciate the response and will consider this matter pending the completion of their internal process.

#1 Update: Following my initial review, I was asked by McDonald’s Customer Care Team to submit a formal complaint through their official feedback channel.
I have done so and received confirmation that my complaint is being processed (see screenshot).
I appreciate the acknowledgment and am currently waiting for a formal response regarding how this matter will be investigated and addressed.
I will provide a further update once I receive a response. I hope this situation is taken seriously and handled with appropriate accountability.
ORIGINAL POST:
I am filing this review as a formal complaint regarding unacceptable and discriminatory behavior at this McDonald’s location on April 12, 2026 at approximately 8:45 PM after placing a kiosk order.
When my order was brought out, a young male employee (slender build, brown hair, approximately 5’2”) mocked my name to another customer directly in front of me. They laughed together. As an Asian customer, this was not only disrespectful but felt discriminatory. I clearly corrected the pronunciation of my name and confronted the behavior, yet the employee refused to apologize.
Additionally, I overheard this same employee openly criticizing other customers for ordering Powerade, stating to coworkers and a manager that he would never choose such a drink at McDonald’s. He then repeated these remarks to the customers themselves. This demonstrates a pattern of unprofessional, disrespectful conduct toward multiple customers—not just myself.
This is not a minor issue of poor service. This reflects a failure in staff training, supervision, and basic standards of respect. No customer should be mocked for their name or judged for their choices.
I expect this complaint to be taken seriously by management and escalated to corporate. Appropriate action, including staff accountability and retraining, should be implemented to ensure this does not happen again.
I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation will be addressed.

Asked for ketchup and the server tentatively brought out a pile of ketchup that was all stuck together —8 packets stick with goo from other leaky packets.
Why?
Breakfast was cold, and when asking for a cup of water they spent minutes telling us they can “give” us a bottled water at a charge. We said just a cup of ice water please —blank face
