  The Arby’s in Junction City, KS had someone from Topeka working there named April. She had come in to help them out. She went above and beyond to make sure that I got my food fresh, even though DoorDash completely screwed up everything. The Dasher said that my order wasn’t ready so he went out to do other things so my food sat there for God only knows how long and I wouldn’t have known had I not called to add something over the phone and April answered. She informed me that they in fact, had my food ready for going on 45 minutes (mind you I had a shake in this order). She assured me that she would do all she could to make sure that my shake was fresh and that I at minimum had fresh bread for my sandwich. In the end DoorDash canceled my order and refunded me at which time I had to reorder the order. April was kind and attentive and efficient, and she listened to my complaints without any irritation, which could be difficult considering how much I like to talk.

  They added a lot of things to the menu. Haven't tried them yet. Food isn't all that bad.

  Pristine stop to eat, staff was great and regularly wiping down tables and sweeping up, I really appreciate that!

  I ate in the dining room with a friend last Wednesday, 5/6/26. We received exceptional assistance from Matthew at the cash register. He had suggestions for the best deal and foods we might not have considered. He seemed happy to be helping and to have something to do. The dining room was very clean and the food was wonderful. Recently, I have had a few more occasions to eat at the JC restaurant. Every experience has been positive. The drive through staff is lighthearted and seem to appreciate the business no matter how close to close..... The one time an item was left out of the bag, I went back through the drive-through and the manager was fabulous!!!!!! I find it to have the most consistent good food AND service of the fast food restaurants in town. It is nice to know where quality food and friendly - smiling - joking staff is the standard!
