  Went to check the balance of my gift card. Went to the drive through thinking they can swipe it through their machine. Waited at the window for over 5 minutes. Made eye contact with at least 3 people (think there were 4 working). NO ONE EVEN CAME TO THE WINDOW. One pointed at the window as if to tell someone that I was sitting there. Still no one came. Tried using the app after leaving. It was even worse. The link that says Check Balance only wants to sell more gift cards. There is no way to check on line. Guess I won’t use the card at this location.

  Would have given less than half but wasn't option. App rarely works except maybe before I leave my house, rewards are offered selected and added to bag to redeem then it actually received by whatever it was offering do you usually pay fill price for whatever you thought you got a discount on so watch that. Don't know why they don't ever do glitch or whatever but without discounts this place is too freaking high priced for what you actually get. Was better back in the day when you could do brown bag special and their burgers were larger than most other fast food places but cooked to order so never cold or reheated and now idk what they do but nothing tastes good there anymore. Just like every other overpriced fast food place with a crappy app and beware they remove menu items for no reason outta the blue too so dont get too addicted to anything may not last forever.

  Apparently no one there knows what the hell a raspberry lemonade is... First time was a blue raspberry lemonade Second time just a raspberry drink Learn to freaking read your job is not that hard, sad part is they weren't even busy....!!!!!!

  Staff came out, gave us our shakes, forgot our food and one shake wasn’t even full or mixed. Staff was rude and inconsiderate
